Every effort is made by us to ensure the information and data on the website is up to date and accurate. However, it is possible that from time to time their may be an issue. If such an occasion does arise, we will rectify any issues as soon as possible. We will not accept any responsibility or liability for any incorrect data and any material downloaded or obtained on our website from us or because of direction to a third-party website. This is done so entirely at your own risk.
All items are described as accurately as possible to help you with your purchase. Any dimensions indicated are approximate. There are photographs and images of all the products available to purchase. Please note exact colours may differ if viewed via a computer screen. We do not accept any responsibility for errors with relation to the size or colours of the product.
2. Ownership of rights and legal identity
All intellectual property including copyright and trademarks are owned by Partybox Ltd. Any use of this website or its contents including downloading, copying or storing in whole or in part can only be used for personal or non commercial use. It can not be used for any commercial purpose.
Any photographs or images on the website remain the property of Partybox Ltd. These images can not be used for any personal or commercial purposes.

3. Placing an order
When placing an order, you are requested to read and agree to these terms and conditions. Any orders placed by you are subject to these terms and conditions.

4. Acceptance of your order
When we have received your order you will receive and order acknowledgement that will be sent to the email address that you have provided. This will include details of the product/s you have ordered and confirm the total cost. This is not an acceptance of your order. We will only confirm your order once payment has been authorised.
Once the order has been authorised your products will be dispatched unless you have notified us that you wish to cancel it (as described in the Returns, Refunds and Cancellations). You will receive an email to confirm when your order has been dispatched from the warehouse.
If we are unable to supply the order to you due to lack of stock, due to a lack of authorisation of payment or if you don’t meet our eligibility criteria we reserve the right to decline your order.
5. Prices
We reserve the right to change prices at any time and as a result can refuse or cancel any order placed by any customer.
All items come with a minimum £3.50 postage charge unless there is an offer on at the current time that states otherwise. If you require overseas postage then please contact us at hello@partyboxltd.com to ask for a quote for shipping.
6. Payment
We use third party organisations to collect payments using their secure online processes. We do not handle or manage personal or credit card information directly ourselves.
7. Delivery
Our aim is to post all items within 2-3 days of ordering and confirmation of funds. We use Royal Mail delivery services or a trusted UK courier depending on the location and size of box.
All items are checked before delivery for damage. If for any reason your item is delivered damaged please let us know within 72 hours via hello@partyboxltd.com.
All postage and delivery prices quoted are for UK mainland and Channel Islands only.
We are always happy to quote for posting overseas, please just email us for a quote.
8. Returns, refunds & cancellations
We are confident that our products are delivered in excellent condition and that you will be pleased with your purchase.
If you receive your goods and they have been accidentally damaged during delivery, our liability for that damage is limited to the repair, refund, exchange or replacement of the goods to the value of the original sales price.
If you change your mind after completing your order, simply e-mail us explaining that you don’t want to proceed. In any case we guarantee to give you a full refund if you return your purchase to us within 28 days. We regret postage and packing costs are direct costs that we incur, and cannot be refunded other than in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations.
Please obtain proof of postage if returning an item.
9. Guarantees
We guarantee that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange it or give you a full refund with no questions asked, provided you return it to us within 14 days*. Please tell us your reasons for returning the items as we value your comments. We check all goods before they leave our premises but, should there be any discrepancies or damage in transit, please telephone us immediately on: 07565942218.
* This is in addition to your statutory rights
To enable an exchange or refund to take place for an item damaged during delivery, you are responsible for informing us, by email: hello@partyboxltd.com or by phone: 07565942218 of the item(s) damaged within 72 hours of delivery. You are responsible for sending the item back to us and you will pay for that postage. On receipt of the damaged item, if necessary and if an exchange is agreed, we will refund the postage you have paid on the return item – please keep proof of postage.
Cancellations are accepted before item delivery or before a maximum of 7 working days after receipt of order. In this case the order value will be refunded. Cancellation refunds will be payable if the ordered goods are received back by us in the original order condition. Cancellations must be written or emailed to hello@partyboxltd.com within 7 working days.
10. Password / account security
If you choose or are provided with a password and/or account details, you must treat such information as confidential. You are responsible for any activities that occur under your account. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to keep your password or account confidential.
11. Privacy policy
When you purchase something from our online store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific
