Returns policy

We are confident that our products are delivered in excellent condition and that you will be pleased with your purchase. 

If you receive your goods and they have been accidentally damaged, our liability for that damage is limited to the repair, refund, exchange or replacement of the goods to the value of the original sales price.

If you change your mind after completing your order, simply email us within 7 days of receiving the product explaining that you don’t want to proceed. The email address is: hello@partyboxltd.com

In any case we guarantee to give you a full refund if you return your purchase to us within 28 days. We regret postage and packing costs are direct costs that we incur and cannot be refunded other than in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations.

Please obtain proof of postage if returning an item.


Delivery

Our aim is to post all items within 2-3 days of ordering and confirmation of funds. We use Royal Mail delivery services or a trusted UK courier depending on the location and size of box. 

All items are checked before delivery for damage. If for any reason your item is delivered damaged please let us know within 72 hours via hello@partyboxltd.com

All postage and delivery prices quoted are for UK mainland and Channel Islands only.
